Terms and conditions

The rules governing the use of the platform and your subscription.

This is a courtesy English translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Identity of the provider

The services accessible through logalitech.com and training.logalitech.com are provided, depending on the payment method and the customer's region, by one of the following entities of the Logali Tech group:

2. Purpose

Logali Tech is a professional training platform specialising in SAP technologies. It offers recorded courses, live classes, subscription programmes and certifications, all accessible online.

Use of the Platform implies express acceptance of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy.

3. User registration

  • To access the services you must register through the single sign-on (SSO) identity system at iam.logalitech.com, either with email + password or with an authorised external provider (Google, Microsoft or GitHub).
  • The user warrants that the data provided is truthful and undertakes to keep it up to date.
  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to register without parental authorisation.

4. Services and subscriptions

  • Logali Tech offers different plans: free courses, individual courses, monthly and annual subscriptions, and corporate plans.
  • Details of the content included in each plan are available on the pricing page.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless the user expressly cancels before the renewal date.
  • Plan changes: plan upgrades (Standard → Premium) take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remaining days of the current cycle; the renewal date does not change. Plan downgrades (Premium → Standard) are scheduled for the next renewal date: the user keeps the higher plan until then and may cancel the scheduled change at any time before that date, at no cost. A maximum of one plan change per billing cycle applies.
  • Switching between monthly and annual billing is done by cancelling the current subscription (with access until the end of the paid period) and purchasing the new billing period once it ends; there is no proration between periods.
  • Access to individual courses does not expire while the account remains active.

5. Recording and publication of live classes

Live classes of the master programmes and equivalent sessions are recorded automatically. By registering and enrolling you expressly accept such recording. Recordings are made available to enrolled students on the campus (training.logalitech.com) as part of the service, so you can review them whenever you want.

During the session, the platform displays a notice that recording is in progress. The shared content (screen and materials), the audio and, where applicable, the image of those who take part are recorded. If you do not want your image or voice to be recorded, you may keep your camera and microphone off and participate via the chat.

Some sessions or excerpts may be published on Logali Tech public channels, including our YouTube channel, for training and outreach purposes. By taking part with your camera or microphone on, you consent to your participation appearing in such publications. You may request at any time the removal of your image or voice from public materials by writing to [email protected].

6. Payments, billing, guarantee and withdrawal

  • Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and will include applicable taxes where relevant. A breakdown is shown before completing the purchase.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal over an encrypted connection and in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard. Subscriptions are charged automatically on each renewal date.
  • Selling entity by payment method: the entity that invoices your purchase depends on the payment method and your location. Purchases via PayPal are always invoiced by Logali Europe SRL; card purchases are invoiced by Logali Europe SRL if you reside in the European Union, or by Logali Tech LLC in the rest of the world. In all cases, the selling entity is stated on the order invoice.
  • 7-day commercial guarantee: within 7 calendar days of their first paid subscription, the user may request a full refund without justification. The full amount is returned to the original payment method and access immediately switches to the Free plan. The guarantee applies only once per customer and to their first paid subscription; plan changes do not open a new guarantee window. The 7-day period applies to purchases made from 20 October 2026; first paid subscriptions purchased before that date keep the 14-day guarantee in force at the time of purchase.
  • Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA): the user has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw (Directive 2011/83/EU). At checkout, the user expressly requests that the provision of the service begin immediately and acknowledges that, if they withdraw within the period, an amount proportional to the service already provided will be deducted from the refund (Article 14(3) of the aforementioned Directive). During the 7 days of the commercial guarantee above, that guarantee is more favourable and applies with preference; from day 8 to day 14 the statutory withdrawal with the proportional deduction applies.   • If a renewal payment fails, it is automatically retried for approximately 7 days with email notifications; if all retries fail, the subscription is suspended and access switches to the Free plan until the payment is settled.
  • Invoices are issued electronically and are available in the user's account area.

7. Intellectual property

  • All content on the Platform (courses, videos, materials, code, designs, the "Logali Tech" brand and logos) is the exclusive property of Logali Tech LLC or its licensors and is protected by national and international intellectual property law.
  • The user is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and limited licence to access the purchased content for the duration of their plan, exclusively for personal study purposes.
  • The following are prohibited: downloading, redistributing, retransmitting, publishing, modifying, sublicensing or creating derivative works without express written authorisation.
  • SAP and related names are registered trademarks of SAP SE. Logali Tech LLC is not affiliated with or sponsored by SAP SE.

8. Acceptable use

The user agrees not to:

  • Share their account or credentials with third parties.
  • Use the Platform for illegal activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineer the software or attempt to access unauthorised areas.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or content access restrictions.
  • Distribute malware, carry out denial-of-service attacks or mass scraping.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or cancellation of the account without a refund, in addition to any applicable legal action.

9. Limitation of liability

Logali Tech LLC undertakes to provide the service with due diligence, but does not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions, errors or data loss. The maximum liability of Logali Tech LLC towards the user shall be limited to the amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be legally excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Suspension, cancellation and account deletion

  • The user may cancel their subscription ("cancel my contract") at any time and with clear effect from My account → Subscriptions (/my-account/subscriptions/), keeping access until the end of the paid period. After that date the account retains access to the Free plan.
  • In the event of a chargeback with the issuing bank, access to paid content is suspended immediately while the dispute is resolved; it is restored if the dispute is resolved in the user's favour or the amount is paid. Repeated chargebacks may lead to cancellation of the account.
  • The user may request deletion of their account by writing to [email protected].
  • Logali Tech LLC may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Amendments

Logali Tech LLC may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date implies acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA.

Consumers in the European Union / EEA: these jurisdiction provisions do not deprive consumers of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory laws of the country of their habitual residence. European consumers may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
