2. Selling entity by payment method
The entity that invoices your purchase depends on the payment method and your location:
- Purchases via PayPal are always invoiced by Logali Europe SRL.
- Card purchases are invoiced by Logali Europe SRL if you reside in the European Union, or by Logali Tech LLC in the rest of the world.
In all cases, the specific selling entity is stated on the order invoice, available in your account area.
3. Purpose
Logali Tech is a professional training platform specialising in SAP technologies: recorded courses, live classes, subscription programmes, technical books and certifications, all accessible online. Use of the Platform is governed by the Terms and conditions, the Privacy policy and the Refund policy.
4. Intellectual property and trademarks
The "Logali Tech" brand, the logos and all content on the Platform are protected by intellectual property law. SAP and related names are registered trademarks of SAP SE; Logali Tech is not affiliated with or sponsored by SAP SE.
