What does each plan include?
Free gives you the first three sections of every course so you can try the platform. Standard unlocks the full course catalog, with certificates and content updates. Premium adds the live master programs: live training geared toward the SAP certifications, with 1-2 editions per year per master, all the recordings, and forum support. Can I switch plans or cancel whenever I want?
Yes. The subscription has no lock-in: you can switch plans or cancel the renewal whenever you want from "My account". If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do the Premium live master programs work?
They are live training programs taught by expert instructors who are active consultants, organized in blocks throughout the program, with every session recorded so you can review it. Each master has one or two editions per year and is geared toward its SAP certification (which are now hands-on exams on a real system). If you subscribe halfway through a master, you get the recordings of the previous classes.
Do I need a card for the three free sections?
No. The Free plan requires no card: you sign up on the campus and access the first three sections of every course with no commitment.
Do I get a certificate when I finish?
Yes. With Standard and Premium you get a certificate of completion for every finished course, downloadable from the campus.
How do I apply a friend's code?
Open the invitation link your friend sends you: the 10% is applied automatically in the cart and at checkout on your first subscription. The invitation stays active for 30 days from the moment you open the link. The discount does not work by typing the code manually without having used the link, and it does not apply to renewals or plan changes.
Which currency will I pay in?
The currency is selected automatically based on the country you browse from: in the European Union, euros (EUR); in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay, the local currency; in the rest of the world, US dollars (USD). If you browse through a VPN or a proxy, you will see the currency of the country your connection exits from: open the site without the VPN to see yours. Payment is secure by card via Stripe, and renewals keep the currency and price you signed up with.
How do I cancel the automatic renewal?
From "My account" → "Subscriptions" you can turn off the renewal in one click. No need to write to us or give a reason. On your first paid subscription you also have 7 days to request a full refund under our refund policy.
