7. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for the session, security, the cart, payment and authentication (including the session cookie of our single sign-on system, SSO). The analytics we use (Umami) employs no cookies and collects no personal data. Marketing cookies (referral programme attribution) are only set with your consent, which we manage through a cookie banner with accept, reject or configure-by-category options; you can change your decision anytime from "Cookie preferences" in the footer. You will find the full detail (categories, cookie inventory and durations) and how to withdraw consent in our Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
Regardless of your location, we guarantee you the following rights over your personal data:
- Access: obtain confirmation of what data we process about you and a copy of it.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion when the data is no longer necessary.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest or marketing.
- Restriction: request the suspension of processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any right, write to [email protected] stating the right you are exercising and attaching an identity document so we can verify your identity. If what you want is to delete your account and the associated data, the full procedure is set out in Delete your account.
If you are a resident of the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in Romania, the ANSPDCP; in Spain, the AEPD: www.aepd.es).
If you are a California resident, USA, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA: to know what data we sell (we do not sell personal data), to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption of data in transit using industry-standard protocols and encryption at rest, passwords stored with secure hashing techniques, optional two-step verification, encrypted backups, role-based access controls and continuous monitoring.
10. Minors
The Platform is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered without parental authorisation, we will delete their account.
11. Mobile applications (App Store and Google Play)
This policy also applies to the official Logali Tech mobile applications distributed through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google), which give access to the same campus and the same user account as the web version.
- Account data: the application uses the same single sign-on as the web. No separate account or parallel profile is created.
- Usage and progress data: courses opened, lessons completed and progress, processed as described in sections 2 and 3.
- Device technical data: model, operating system, application version and technical identifiers generated by the application itself to maintain the session. They are used to deliver the service, diagnose errors and ensure security.
- Crash and performance reports: diagnostic data when the application fails, with no content from your communications.
- Push notifications: if you enable them, we process a device identifier provided by Apple (APNs) or Google (FCM) to send you notices about classes, assignments and course updates. You can disable them at any time from the operating system settings or from the application itself.
- Device permissions: the application requests camera, photos, microphone or file access only when you are about to use a feature that requires them, for example attaching an assignment or joining a live class. You may deny or revoke them from your device settings; only the affected feature becomes unavailable.
- Downloaded content: materials you download for offline use are kept in the application's own storage and are removed when you sign out or uninstall it.
Advertising and tracking. The applications display no advertising, use no advertising identifiers (neither Apple's IDFA nor Google's AAID), do not track your activity across third-party apps or websites, and do not sell or share personal data for advertising purposes.
The stores as third parties. Downloading the application and any purchases made inside it are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC under their own privacy policies, over which Logali Tech has no control. From those purchases we receive limited transaction data, never the card number.
Account deletion. You may request deletion of your account and the associated data at any time, regardless of where you registered, following the procedure described in Delete your account. Uninstalling the application removes the data stored on the device, but does not delete the account.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. The date of the last update appears at the top.
