Delete your account
How to request erasure of your account and its associated data, what is deleted and what we are required to keep.
This is a courtesy English translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

This page describes how to request deletion of your Logali Tech account and the associated personal data, whether you registered from the web (logalitech.com, training.logalitech.com) or from our mobile applications for iOS and Android. How we process your data in general is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. Who can request it
Any holder of a Logali Tech account, at any time and without having to give a reason. Deletion is free of charge.
2. How to request it
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete account".
- Write from the email address you registered with. That is the fastest way for us to verify the request is yours.
- If you no longer have access to that address, write from another one and tell us the registered address; in that case we will ask for an identity document to verify your identity before carrying out the deletion.
- State whether you want the full account deleted or only to unsubscribe from marketing communications, which is a separate and reversible option.
You can also start the request from the mobile application itself, under account settings, if your version includes that option.
3. What is deleted
- The login account and credentials in our single sign-on system, including the links to external providers (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, GitHub, Apple) if you used them to sign in.
- The campus user profile: name, email address, country, job role and photo, if you uploaded one.
- Learning progress, enrolments, submissions and issued certificates.
- Contributions to course forums and spaces, which are deleted or anonymised where removal would affect other participants' threads.
- Your contact record in our marketing tools and any newsletter subscriptions.
- The push notification identifiers associated with your devices.
- Active subscriptions are cancelled as part of the process.
4. What is retained and why
Certain information cannot be deleted on request because keeping it responds to a legal obligation or to the defence against claims:
- Invoices and accounting and tax records: 7 years, or the longer period required by the law applicable to the selling entity (Logali Europe SRL in the European Union, Logali Tech LLC elsewhere). This covers your name, billing details and transaction detail, not card data, which we never store.
- Security and access logs: up to 12 months, for fraud prevention and service security.
- A minimal record of the request: your email address on a suppression list, for the sole purpose of not contacting you again and of evidencing that the deletion was carried out. If you would rather we did not keep that record either, say so in your request.
Once those periods elapse, the data is permanently deleted.
5. Timeframes
- Acknowledgement of the request: 5 business days.
- Execution of the deletion: no later than 30 calendar days from the verification of your identity.
- Removal from encrypted backups: up to 90 further days, due to the backup rotation cycle. During that period the data remains inaccessible for ordinary use.
6. Before you request it
- Download your certificates: once the account is deleted we cannot reissue them.
- You lose access to the content you purchased, including courses, master's programs and recorded classes.
- Cancelling a subscription does not in itself trigger a refund. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
- If your goal is to stop receiving emails, you do not need to delete the account: the unsubscribe link in any of our messages is enough.
Uninstalling the mobile application removes the data stored on the device, but does not delete the account or the data held on the platform.
7. Controller and contact
The data controller depends on your region, as set out in section 1 of the Privacy Policy: Logali Europe SRL for customers in the European Union and the EEA, and Logali Tech LLC elsewhere.
For any question about this page or the status of your request: [email protected].
If you believe your request has not been handled properly and you reside in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
