The client was carrying hundreds of classic SAP GUI transactions: a steep learning curve, zero mobility and an experience far from what their people expected. They wanted to modernize without freezing operations or rewriting everything at once.

  • Design of a unified Fiori Launchpad, with roles and catalogs per user profile.
