What it is and why it matters

Eve is Vercel's open-source framework where a full agent is a single folder: instructions in Markdown, tools in TypeScript, and skills, sub-agents, channels and schedules as nested subfolders. A compilation step traverses the folder and wires everything into a manifest, with no manual imports. It brings the ease of file-system-based agents with a foundation for production reliability.
