End-to-end skills workflow for AI coding

What it is and why it matters
It is Matt Pocock's collection of skills, framed as a main flow from idea to ship: a grill-with-docs interview, spec and ticket generation, implementation and code review. Most skills are user-invoked and have short descriptions, so they consume very little context by default. It installs via the skills CLI and works with different harnesses, models and effort levels.
Key points
- Main flow: grill-with-docs to align, then spec and tickets to split work across multiple sessions
- Each ticket is sized to fit a single context window (the so-called smart zone)
- Code review runs in sub-agents with clean context and is checked against the original spec
